CloudCME® Support

You can pick up the phone and get help from dedicated CloudCME® support specialists during standard business hours, or alternately send us a support ticket. Most of our support is for how-to's or recommendations for specific program scenarios. We provide step-by-step guidance as needed. 

As measured by ZenDesk (our support ticket system) - CloudCME® support response times are better than 70% of all clients (100,000+ worldwide) using that product.

Servers are continuously monitored and we guarantee 99.99% uptime. We run regular web penetration vulnerability tests on our servers, as well as anti-virus and other security measures such as employing 2-factor authentication for all server access. Our goal is to have top shelf IT as a foundation for our product.  Servers, policies, procedures and PCI compliance are independently audited by nGuard - a leading IT cyber-security firm. We can provide our PCI Attestation of Compliance upon request.

Because CloudCME® covers the entire lifecycle of an activity, including initial electronic application, faculty disclosure and presentation collection, registration, scheduling, budget and finance, mobile app, evaluations, reporting and much more, 3 days of initial training are recommended which includes extensive hands-on lab experience. Ample discussion time is provided as well.
